501 Multipurpose Space (5F)

There's another special service available exclusively to members of Sou Higashi-Kanda: the "501 Multipurpose Space" located on the 5th floor.

Taking the elevator quietly up from the ground floor shop, you'll find yourself in a tranquil, private space overlooking the Kanda River. This highly flexible space is also suitable for overnight stays.

Use it as a co-working space during the day when you need to concentrate. It's also perfect for overnight stays with family or small parties with close friends.

Here, you'll find a tranquil and comfortable time that's only available to members of Sou Higashi-Kanda.

This is an electronically locked door. The unlock code is included in your reservation confirmation email, so please check it before entering.

This is a panoramic view of the living room, seen from the entrance. It's a spacious area where you can relax comfortably.

This is a panoramic view of the living room from the entrance. It can be used for meetings or as a place to relax after meals.

Living room (separate space)

The space at the back of the living room can be partitioned off. It can be used in various ways, such as a play area for children or a space to relax after meals.

kitchen

The room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and three-burner stovetop, so you can cook. We also provide tableware, so you can bring your own ingredients and enjoy meals with family and friends.

internet

Internet access and Wi-Fi are available. You can use them with peace of mind for business use or for working during your stay.

Bedroom 1

The bedroom has two beds. By using two futons and two sofas as beds, it can accommodate up to six people.

Bedroom 2

You can enjoy a view of the Kanda River from the bedroom window. Please relax and rest in this tranquil space.

bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. Please feel free to use it if you are staying for multiple nights.

Shower room

The shower room is separate. Since it's not a unit bath, you can relax and enjoy your stay.

The toilet is located separately, allowing you to use it in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
