Members-only salon Sosou Higashikanda Terms of Use

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms and Conditions stipulate the terms of use for the members-only salon Sou Higashikanda (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by 512 Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). Members (hereinafter referred to as the "Members") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 (Membership qualifications)

1. Members of this service are those who agree with our purpose and are approved by our company.
2. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred or loaned.
3. When selecting members, the Company may impose an introduction system or other conditions.

Article 3 (Membership fees and usage fees)

1. Members must pay the membership fee set by our company. By becoming a member, you can reserve Sou Higashikanda events before they are open to the public and participate at a special member price. You can also rent the Sou Higashikanda venue at a member price.
2. The registration fee will not be refunded for any reason.
3. Members and accompanying persons shall pay the food and beverage charges set by our company.
4. Special fees may apply for special events. Beverage prices are determined by the store hosting the event and vary depending on the course content.
5. Reservation cancellation fees vary depending on the event and store.

Article 4 (Reservations and Accompaniments)

1. Participation in the Sou Higashikanda event and venue rental are by reservation only.
2. Members may invite accompanying persons with the Company's approval.
3. Regarding the use of companions, members are responsible for ensuring that they comply with our company rules.
4. If you cause inconvenience to other members or the event venue by canceling without permission or repeatedly arriving late, we may suspend or cancel your membership.

Article 5 (Etiquette for use)

1. This service is also a place for members to interact with each other. Members should use the service with moderation and respect for other users.
2. Excessive drinking, abusive language, and other unpleasant or nuisance behavior are prohibited.
3. The dress code is smart casual or above, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone wearing clothing that we deem inappropriate.
4. Taking photos inside the store and posting them on social media must follow our company policy.
5. The exchange of business cards or contact between members for the purpose of sales or solicitation is prohibited.

Article 6 (Prohibited matters)

Members must not:

1. Any act that deviates from the original purpose, such as sales, solicitation, or religious activities
2. Harassment or nuisance towards other members, their companions or staff
3. Any act that damages the credibility and dignity of our company and the Service
4. Using membership status to mislead others
5. Exposing audio and video recordings made within the store to the internet, such as social media, or to the public without the subject's permission.

Article 7 (Suspension or Cancellation of Membership)

If the Company determines that a Member falls under any of the following, the Company may suspend or cancel the Membership without prior notice.

1. If you violate these terms and conditions
2. When a user engages in any act that significantly damages the dignity or atmosphere of our company or this service.
3. If involvement with anti-social forces is discovered
4. If there is unpaid membership fees

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)

We will use members' personal information to the extent necessary for the purpose of operating this service and will manage it appropriately.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company shall not be liable if it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to natural disasters, epidemics, amendments to laws and regulations, or other force majeure events.
2. If a member causes damage to another member or a third party through the use of our company, the member shall be held responsible.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may revise these Terms as necessary, and will notify you of the revised terms on the Service's website or by notification.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Japan, regardless of the user's nationality, place of residence, or other circumstances, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use. Furthermore, the Service is provided in Japan, and users understand and agree that all service provision acts shall be completed within Japan.
