Higashikanda, Tokyo is a place where delicious food from all over the country comes together.
We want to create a place where anyone can casually enjoy the flavors of famous restaurants.
With this idea in mind, Sosou Higashikanda was born.
Renowned chefs from the region will gather in Higashi-Kanda, Tokyo, to explore the charms of areas that are usually hard to visit.
You can experience it through the food.
"It's hard to go with kids" "It's too far away to make the journey" -- we respond to such concerns and connect customers with famous local restaurants
We aim to create a new form of food.
It took about three years from conception to realization.
Since its launch in November 2024, a total of 48 chefs have been welcomed, bringing the membership to 128.
The number of business days per month varies from the 6th to the 23rd, but we operate through trial and error with our 18 co-owners.
Sosou Higashikanda is also used as a place for chefs to take on new challenges.
"We are currently renovating, so we will be open as So" and "We want to deliver our food to customers in Tokyo" -- in response to such requests,
We host a variety of different styles of events.
From here, we bring delicious food from all over Japan closer to you.

Suguru Tomizuka
The 28th generation was born in Katsushika Ward, Tokyo in 1965.
He himself has lived in the Senbero town of Tateishi for 60 years.
After graduating from Rikkyo Junior and Senior High School and University, he joined Recruit as a new graduate.
He has been in business for 27 of his 30 years.
Responsible for most businesses other than SUUMO.
Executive Officer in 2008.
After serving as an executive officer in charge of Jalan, Hot Pepper, Zexy, StudySapuri, etc., he became an executive officer of Recruit Holdings in 2015.
After retiring in 2018, he acquired Pocket Culture himself and is now involved in the travel and regional revitalization businesses.
512 Co., Ltd. was established in May 2024. The company created and operates the members-only curated restaurant "Sou Higashi-Kanda".
Established UTAGE Co., Ltd. in 2025 and is currently developing a business targeting wealthy inbound tourists.
In August 2026, the company name was changed to So Co., Ltd.
